Foundation Chapter is under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge and Grand Chapter of Georgia and is home of the 18^th Past Grand Master of the MWPHGL of Georgia, Honorable Corey D. Shackleford, Sr., 33°.  Chartered June 10, 2011, Foundation Chapter No. 587 focus its endeavors on serving Smyrna, GA and the greater Cobb County community.

Our Chapter Motto is “Sisters Building the Foundation for Positive Change in the Community”.  It reminds us as we face the many challenges in this labyrinth of human life, we must continue to serve the community through “Service, Charity, Truth and Kindness”.  Our 2025 Chapter Theme is “Stronger Through UNITY!”.
